The Real Connecticut: More on the Sandy Hook “Psych Op”©

(Orig. published May 5, 2018)

In June 2014, I wrote about connections among psychotherapists and emergency responders in the Sandy Hook caper.  Reader, you will do well to review that blog post before reading this one!

Primo investigator Anne Berg has uncovered more ties.  She found this obituary of Anna Margaret Doherty, and we learn that Sandy Hook emergency response coordinator Maureen Will and psychotherapist Patricia Doherty Hubbs are her daughters!  As I had pointed out, they co-own two key properties right across from Sandy Hook School.  We also learn Anna Doherty was a supervisor at creepy Fairfield Hills Hospital, a mental institution now closed.  Medical staff records at this hospital appear to be restricted.  I wonder why?  William Halstead was also employed there.* So now we are seeing what these people do when they are released into the world (and I am talking about the staff, not the inmates).

Photographer Shannon Hicks is now “Shannon Will,” so she married either Maureen or John, we don’t know which!  Or maybe they adopted her.  I previously reported that the three of them were “associated” at 2 Zoar Rd.  Maureen is director of emergency communications in Newtown and cut her teeth early in law enforcement.  Shannon, of course, is not only the photographer who took the only photo of children “evacuating” on Dec. 14, 2012 ever published in any newspaper, but associate editor of the Newtown Bee as well as a firefighter herself!  Lord help us if she must crawl into a tight space to effect our rescue.

By the way, Sandy Hook Volunteer Fire and Rescue does not even show that it received any calls on Dec. 14, 2012.

***Update to the update, 5/5/18:  Here is really BIG news:  Anna Margaret Doherty is connected to the Champion property at 44 Depot Rd. in Kingston, New Hampshire–and thus to Nancy Lanza, the mother of the putative killer!   “Champion” is the maiden name of Nancy Lanza.  Her mother Dorothy Champion subdivided the property on Depot Road to make 44 and 46 Depot Road. She deeded 44 Depot Road to Nancy and 46 Depot Road to Nancy’s brother, James Champion, who still lives there.

I found, using whitepages.com, that Anna M. Doherty was, until 2005, using the address of P.O. Box 752, Sandy Hook, CT  06482.  Here is a screenshot.

This same post office box–P.O. Box 752, Newtown, CT  06470–is typed in on the deed to 44 Depot Rd. given by Gary John and Maria Buttafoco to Alexander and Doraliza Isgut.  (Here are most of the other pages.)  This website says that the fact there are two zipcodes and town names for Sandy Hook and Newtown is immaterial–you can use either one for mail to Sandy Hook.  [11/7/22: Sorry: that link is now broken.] My first Sandy Hook post talked about these Depot Road conveyances. Maria Buttafoco is Alexander and Doraliza Isgut’s daughter, who took title when she was married to a guy named John Zullo; Alexander Isgut is a doctor in Newtown, Connecticut.

It is strange enough that this Newtown, Connecticut, doctor, Isgut, shows up in the chain of title of Nancy Lanza’s property in New Hampshire. But to find that these same people (Isguts) who bought the shooter’s mother’s home use the same post office box as the mother of a key Newtown cop is more than strange. It is flatly incriminating.

I asked the Newtown postmaster, “Tony,” how many boxes were at his post office, so I could figure out the probability that another individual connected with the Sandy Hook operation could be using the same box just by virtue of random assignment after Anna Doherty’s death in 2005, and he didn’t know–refused to give me a number and would not just go out and check–but agreed there were “over 3,000.”  Three-thousand post office boxes would require at least 5,000 square feet of wall space, by my reckoning, given the boxes can’t reach to the ceiling, which means 25 walls each 10′ high and 20′ long; and 15.5″ deep.  No way.

But assuming 3,000 boxes, and 100 people in Newtown involved in the caper, the probability that two of those involved have the same P.O. box due to random assignment is .0011, effectively zero (using Fisher’s exact test).  Thus, the box address has been (maybe still is being) shared by consent, so Maureen Will and Patricia Doherty will receive the mail relating to 44 Depot Road. The probability of the Isguts having an interest in the Lanza property in New Hampshire as a random event is also zero. [Addendum 11/7/22: In fact, in 2018 I looked for Ryan Lanza in whitepages.com, and he came up in Seattle, Washington, associated with Doraliza Isgut! That’s now been scrubbed.] Researcher Duke Reichert made the important additional finding that Alexander Isgut and James Champion were both at the Summertown commune in Tennessee in the 1960’s!

This is a sophisticated criminal enterprise with many layers of concealment, and government involvement so deep it extends even to the Newtown post office. And don’t forget that connection to Northern Ireland.

Anne Berg has further found that John Will’s brothers David and Alan were in trouble with the law, interestingly in 2011 and 2012, right before the psy op.  Was “the law” putting the screws on John–husband of Newtown’s emergency coordinator–to keep quiet about what he knew?  Or were David and Alan treated leniently in return for John (and Maureen’s) participation?  We don’t know what happened in their cases.  The reports follow:

Brookfield awning business owner arrested on larceny charge

Updated 10:34 pm, Friday, September 30, 2011

NEW MILFORD — A Brookfield man was arrested Thursday on a warrant stemming from a complaint that he was contracted to do some awning work, but after the homeowner gave him a deposit he did not perform the service, police said. David Will, 46, of Dorset Lane, whose business is Professional Awnings of Brookfield, was hired to install awnings and after several attempts to contact him when he did not come to do the work, the victim called the police and an arrest warrant was obtained, police said. Will was charged in the warrant with third-degree larceny. He was released on a $3,000 bond to appear in the state Superior Court in Bantam on Oct. 11.

BROOKFIELD — Police arrested a 46-year-old local man last week on a warrant stemming from charges that he withheld wages, authorities said.
David Will, of Dorset Lane, was taken into custody and charged with failure to produce records and pay wages and overtime, according to a police press release issued Monday.

Will was later released on a written promise to appear Tuesday in state Superior Court in Danbury.

The arrest occurred March 21, the culmination of a joint investigation between the state Department of Labor and Brookfield police, the release said.

No further details were available about the arrest or the preceding investigation.

Alan Will, brother of John and David, also in trouble with the law:

Brookfield man charged with DUI

NEW MILFORD — A 49-year-old Brookfield man was charged with drunken driving Sunday in New Milford.

Police said Alan Will, of Dorset Lane, was observed speeding on Danbury Road and drifting from lane to lane at approximately 1:50 a.m. Sunday.

The officer who stopped him said Will displayed signs of being under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Will was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and/or drugs or both, speeding and making a restricted turn.

He was released on a written promise to appear, with a court date of Jan. 10.

*More about William Halstead, the 45-year chief of the Sandy Hook Volunteer Fire & Rescue, is here. Several members of his family were involved in the psy op, including his ex-wife Barbara Halstead, who made the first 911 call; his second wife Debbie Aurelia Halstead, the Newtown clerk, who barred access to death certificates; his daughter Karin Halstead, who was the EMT chief during the Dec. 14, 2012, event; her husband John Jeltema, a firefighter with SHVFR; and possibly his son William, Jr., director of emergency at Yale, not far away.

  1. Good article!! A couple of interesting sidenotes… a trooper, Christopner Zullo, was one of the first CSP officers to arrive at the school. Zullo was the last name of the couple that bought the Lanza home in Kingston. Doesn’t mean that there’s a relationship, just that the last names are the same.
Also, Gene Rosen is, over and over, referred to as a former psychologist at Fairfield. If that was true, he would have had to have been licensed in Connecticut, and it would have to be public record, even if it expired or lapsed. I’ve never been able to find any type of medical licensure for him in CT.

    1. Wow, good info! I did not know about Christopher Zullo. Yes, Zullo was the last name of Maria (Isgut) Buttofoco’s first husband. She and her Zullo husband (John) were first in that chain of title. When they divorced he quitclaimed it back to her and then she granted it to herself and her second husband Gary John Buttafoco. Those documents are in this folder: https://mega.nz/folder/gsRyhKgL#ksP_9j8yxPSxyEXWMZlMig

That again points to Maria’s father, Alexander Isgut, as being one of the key participants in the psy op. As you probably know, there was an article published in a Tennessee paper in the 1970’s that put him and James Champion together at this commune near Summertown, Tennessee called “The Farm.” See: https://memoryholeblog.org/2014/08/14/sandy-hook-hippie-communies-and-us-homeland-security/

As for Gene Rosen, well, that’s a surprise, too. I thought I had found his name in the 1978 Newtown City directory, identifying his occupation, but just revisited that directory and it’s not there. So you say he’s not even in the license look-up. Thank you for the correction.

If I were giving advice to someone committing crimes by practicing law without a license, it would be to immediately remove your attacks on innocent people and to stop committing crimes. Committing crimes is very bad. Especially when one is being watched.

You’re not special. You were just next in line. Wolfgang has screwed over every attorney who has worked with him. If you knew how to do simple research, you would have known that, dummy.

Practicing law in Florida and Connecticut? I see a jail cell in someone’s very near future. Both Tony and Wolfgang have sent us more than enough proof to see someone in silver bracelets.
